Featuring a terrace, bar and views of river, Wild Thyme & Honey is set in Cirencester, 12 km from Cotswold Water Park. I liked everything about this hotel Is beautiful clean ,cosy , warm. We had the suite with the bath inside and the river view and was so beautiful clean and cosy. The hotel have an amazing indoor and outdoor garden both with fireplaces and so beautifully decorated. The dinner pods next to the river where so romantic and beautiful as well. One of my favourite hotels so far. Breakfast was so good as well

Really enjoyable stay. We were made to feel really welcome and the room was super, with a comfy four poster bed and large separate bathroom. The room was really clean with lovely decor. We loved the small bar area downstairs with a roaring fire. Also had a three course dinner in the restaurant Saturday night. Food was more than a cut above normal pub fayre (think smaller, beautifully presented portions and very high quality ingredients)- for example I had guineau fowl. All the food was delicious, as was the cooked breakfast the next morning. To cap it off, we were offered walking maps and walked to Chipping Camden and Dover's Hill direct from the Hotel - with the offer of being picked up if we got lost!

We were having an annual meet-up with a group of friends from around the country. As I'm the organiser, there's always a slight concern as to how the place will work out (we go a different area and venue each year). I needn't have worried - the whole experience was impeccable - from checking in, to the evening meal and breakfast the following day. The rooms were lovely, beautifully fitted out and very comfortable, and the staff were all great. Great value for money as well.

Thyme is located on a country estate in the Cotswolds, 26.1 miles from Oxford. Guests can enjoy breakfasts and suppers in the Tithe Barn. Absolutely loved everything!! The beautiful room called Loveage we stayed in was divine. The restaurants, the spa, the chill out lounge spaces through to the garden walks. All staff were exceptional, soo helpful always. We adored our stay here for 3 nights and are obsessed with Thyme!!

A nice central apartment for trips around Gloucester and Gloucestershire. The location was spoilt a little by the numerous beggars outside and in the vicinity of tha apartment. A few niggling faults in the apartment but as I think we were probably the first to stay there and sure that these will be rectified. This one is the best by far. The staff are wonderful, the spa is amazing, the rooms are very comfortable, the food in the restaurant is incredible and they even have electric car charging! It's honestly the perfect hotel for me!

The Amberley Inn is in a beautiful location just off Minchinhampton common. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with pastries, fruit pots, local yoghurts, and freshly cooked English breakfast with Gloucestershire black spot sausage and bacon, mushroom, fried bread and poached egg. I enjoyed evening meal there too with the seafood gumbo.

The grounds are magnificet and very well maintained Good buffet breakfast, good dinner, bar. Rooms could do with a bit of work, partly because the hotel is so vast and the upkeep must be an enormous task, but the facilities are basically very nice. Welcoming for dogs. In a lovely part of South Gloucestershire.

The hotel/pub was way out in the country, unspoiled by urban hustle and bustle, with views of fields and the like. We stayed there on our way from a stay in Gloucestershire, to avoid the heavy traffic on our way home, and weren’t dissapointed. Lovely place, lovely staff, and lovely meals

After our flight arrived extremely early we arrived at 6am. after speaking to the executive houskeeper they allowed us to use a room to shower and sleep in until our room was ready. this amazing gesture meant the world to us and our kids. truly went above and beyond. have stayed here many times before and will stay again.

FANTASTIC hotel, full of history, beautiful, well kept building. Love the fact that local schools were invited to make artwork to be displayed in the corridors. I MUST STAY THERE AGAIN. Such comfortable rooms with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water, hair dryer, iron and board. Spacious rooms and the hotel was NOT noisy.
